30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If your item arrived damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
